Growing can be fun.

Growing can be fun, when it yields results.
We definitely lost money on this deal.
Here is a picture of a awesome tasting heirloom organic tomato I
bought at whole foods for 5 dollars. About a 20th of the price of growing
crappy tomatoes on our balcony.

The End.

Finale

ok so my plant grew 3 tomatoes all of them tasted very mealey and not sweet at all.
Shannons plant grew 3 also two were underdeveloped and 1 lasted all the way until
we picked it around new years. Her tomatoes had the same low quality taste.
What was the problem you ask. Not enough soil or sun. And acidic city rain probably didnt help either.

Shannon's Plant

Getting way big and starting to hop over into my plants territory, you can see all the extra growth on the bottom since nothing was removed early on.

Justins plant

Getting bigger with some stunted growth due to my heavy clipper hand.

Septoria leaf spot of tomato caused by the fungus Septoria lycopersici occurs on tomatoes worldwide.

Justin's Tomato Plant

So mine has had some leaf problems already. Septoria leaf spot of tomato caused by the fungus Septoria lycopersici occurs on tomatoes worldwide. Though I trimmed off the infected leafs in a hope to organically solve the problem.
